The Epson SureColor F6370 Standard Edition is a professional 44" dye-sublimation transfer printer designed for businesses requiring a combination of production speed, dependable image quality, and efficient wide-format workflow.

Built for professional dye-sublimation production, the F6370 is an excellent solution for producing transfer graphics for decorated apparel, promotional products, cut-and-sew fabrics, soft signage, home décor, and other compatible polyester and sublimation-ready applications.

At the heart of the F6370 is Epson's advanced PrecisionCore TFP printhead. The one-inch-wide printhead features 720 nozzles per color and is engineered for precise, repeatable dot placement while maintaining the productivity required for commercial dye-sublimation printing.

Production speeds reach up to 680 square feet per hour at 720 x 360 dpi. For applications requiring additional image quality, the printer offers production printing up to 325 square feet per hour at 720 x 720 dpi and high-quality printing up to 119 square feet per hour at 1440 x 720 dpi.

The F6370 uses Epson UltraChrome DS dye-sublimation ink in a four-color configuration consisting of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and High Density Black. The ink system is designed to produce vibrant color saturation, strong contrast, smooth gradations, sharp contours, and rich black output.

A continuous high-capacity ink supply system provides 1.5-liter tanks for each color. Replacement UltraChrome DS ink is supplied in high-capacity 1.1-liter packs, helping reduce interruptions associated with frequent ink replacement during production.

Media handling is designed around professional roll-fed dye-sublimation workflows. The F6370 accepts roll media up to 44" wide and provides a maximum printable width of approximately 43.77". Support for both 2" and 3" media cores provides flexibility when working with different transfer papers.

An integrated automatic rotary cutter provides convenient roll-to-sheet operation directly from the printer. For businesses requiring continuous roll-to-roll production, an automatic media take-up reel is available as an optional accessory for the Standard Edition.

The optional take-up system makes the F6370 particularly well suited for workflows in which printed transfer paper will move directly into a separate calendar heat-transfer system for continuous fabric production.

Epson Edge Print workflow software is included with the printer and provides a professional RIP and production environment featuring an Adobe PostScript 3 engine. The software supports capabilities such as job nesting, custom spot colors, pattern repeats, project libraries, and media-setting management.

Routine maintenance has also been designed with production environments in mind. An easily accessible maintenance area provides convenient access to the printhead, wiper, and wiper cleaner, helping operators perform regular maintenance and keep the printer operating consistently.
