Overview
This is the large square plastic hoop from EMS Hoop Technologies (Hoop Tech) for ZSK embroidery machines. Hoop Tech has labeled this hoop 11.25" x 11.25" and also lists it as an 11.5" (292 mm) square; it is the largest square in the Hoop Tech line.
The hoop is reinforced polycarbonate plastic with brass inserts. Hoop Tech rates its square hoops at about 25% more usable sewing area than round hoops of the same size, and the straight edges make it faster and more accurate to line up designs.
Hoop Tech hoops, ICTCS clamps and Quick-Change chassis mount to the machine through tubular adapter arms made for the machine make and sewing field width. Hoop Tech makes the arms from 300 series stainless steel and attaches them with three Phillips head screws.
