Characteristics
FOREVER Laser-Light (No-Cut) Transfer Sheets provide a fast and economical solution for producing vibrant digital heat transfers on white and light-colored garments using compatible white-toner laser printing systems.
Designed as a single-sheet transfer system, Laser-Light eliminates the A-Foil and B-Paper marrying process required by many two-step transfer systems. Simply print the design onto the transfer sheet, position it on the garment, heat press, peel, and perform the recommended finishing press.
The simplified workflow makes Laser-Light particularly useful for high-speed production, promotional apparel, event shirts, cotton tote bags, personalized garments, and short-run decorating where production speed and cost efficiency are important.
Laser-Light uses FOREVER's self-weeding No-Cut technology, eliminating conventional cutting and manual weeding. This allows detailed graphics, lettering, fine lines, distressed artwork, and complex designs to be transferred without spending production time trimming or weeding transfer material.
When used with a compatible white-toner printer, the white toner contributes to the opacity and brightness of the printed image, helping produce strong, vibrant colors on white, gray, pastel, and other light-colored garments.
The single-sheet process also provides a soft finished hand, making it well suited for promotional garments where comfort and print appearance are important.
In addition to compatible textiles, Laser-Light can be used for selected paper and card applications, providing additional decorating possibilities for promotional products and specialty applications.
The convenient 8.5" x 11" US Letter-size sheets work well for standard garment graphics, logos, names, promotional artwork, and smaller production designs. Each package contains 100 transfer sheets for efficient production use.
FOREVER Laser-Light is intended for compatible white-toner laser printers. It should not be treated as a universal transfer paper for conventional CMYK laser printers; printer compatibility should be verified before production.

- Sheet Size: 8.5" x 11"
- Verify that the laser printer is compatible with FOREVER Laser-Light before beginning production.
- Laser-Light is designed for compatible white-toner laser printing systems and should not automatically be assumed compatible with conventional CMYK laser printers or copiers.
- Prepare artwork according to the recommended printer and transfer workflow.
- Print the design in mirror-image mode when required by the FOREVER application instructions.
- Print onto the correct side of the Laser-Light transfer sheet.
- Position the printed transfer face down on the garment.
- Use a professional heat press capable of maintaining consistent temperature and pressure.
- Follow FOREVER's current temperature, time, and pressure recommendations for the specific printer, garment, and application.
- After pressing, rub the transfer with a cloth for approximately 5–10 seconds as directed in the application process.
- Peel the backing while the transfer remains warm according to FOREVER's recommended procedure.
- Cover the transferred image with suitable silicone or finishing paper and perform the recommended finishing press.
- The finishing press is important for achieving the best possible wash durability and finished appearance.
- Test the complete printing and pressing process before beginning a production run.
- Use primarily on white and light-colored garments for the brightest results.
- Gray and pastel garments can also produce excellent results when used with appropriate artwork and white-toner coverage.
- FOREVER notes that darker garments may be used when intentionally creating a washed-out or vintage-style appearance.
- Avoid using Laser-Light as a replacement for FOREVER Laser-Dark when strong opacity on black or dark garments is required.
- Store unused transfer sheets flat in their original packaging.
- Protect transfer media from excessive moisture, humidity, heat, and direct sunlight.
- Allow stored transfer media to acclimate to the production environment before printing when necessary.
- For finished garments, follow FOREVER's recommended washing instructions.
- Wash at temperatures no higher than approximately 30°C / 86°F.
- For best longevity, turn decorated garments inside out before washing.
- Avoid aggressive washing conditions that may reduce transfer life.
- Always perform application and wash testing when decorating a new garment style or fabric.
