MSI TC-1000 18" x 24": temperature-controlled flash cure for MHM S-Type presses.
Overview
The TC-1000 is a flash cure unit made in the USA by MSI (Machine Solutions Inc.) for MHM automatic presses. This 18" x 24" model fits the standard MHM S-Type.
Its temperature controller reads the temperature of the garment, so each flash reaches a proper cure without scorching delicate materials. The three heating zones switch on and off independently, and the height above the substrate is adjustable.
The unit interfaces with the press so it flashes automatically with each print cycle, and the Test button fires it by hand for setup.
